Parents' Evenings

Moulton School has introduced a new initiative and easy to use online appointment booking system alongside video call appointments with your child's teachers through SchoolCloud.

There are a couple of points to bring to your attention that will be helpful when using this system for the first time:

• Appointments are carried out on a first-come first served basis. If you are unable to make an appointment, please contact the teacher directly for feedback. Teacher email addresses are firstname.lastname@moultonschool.co.uk.
• Appointment times are set at 5 minutes. Once this time limit is reached, the appointment will automatically end. If your conversation is curtailed, you are welcome to email the teacher with any further queries and they will respond in due course.
• If you have any specific questions or queries for a teacher, we would encourage you to write a note to the teacher as you book the appointment. A box will automatically appear as you book each appointment to provide you with this opportunity. If there are any problems with connectivity or things do not work as planned on the evening, please get in touch with your child’s teacher/s via email. 

Please be aware when booking your appointments that other parents/guardians can be invited to the same appointment. If you are in separate households you should use the same slot in order to allow maximum coverage of classes.
