Assistant Year Leader

37 hours per week - 40 weeks per year
Salary range Grade F Point 6-7 (£19,171 - £19,554) 
£16,816 - £17,152 (actual salary)


We are seeking to appoint, with immediate effect an Assistant Year Leader to work directly with Year Leaders, Senior Leaders and other members of the support, care and guidance team, and as part of the student services team, to ensure effective pastoral support for students. The main duties of the post will be working with a specific Year team.

(38 weeks term time + 3 training days)
Salary range Grade D Point 3-4 (£18,065 - £18,426) 
£12,915 - £13,173 (actual salary)


We are looking to appoint a person with a good general education to work with students in our Special Needs Department. The work will involve supporting students in class, aged 11-16 who have special educational needs (both learning and behavioural difficulties). The role may also include small group and one-to-one teaching as well as delivering non-curriculum interventions. Our well-established Teaching Assistant team will provide training and support for the successful candidates.

Assistant Site Supervisor

37 hours per week - 52 weeks per year
(Shift system 7am-3pm & 11am-7pm)
Salary range Grade E Point 4-5 (£18,426 - £18,975) 


The role of Assistant Site Supervisor form part of the Premises Team who are key to ensuring the school estate is maintained and available for use as required and compliant with health and safety requirements. The job entails working on a shift rota 7am – 3pm and 11am – 7pm during term time and between 8am and 5pm during school holidays. In addition there are key meetings and school events which entail a later finish on occasion as well which the job holder will be expected to undertake as part of the team.
